Canvas FAQ
Is my Photo good enough quality?
For the best quality we suggest no backlight and as high of quality of photo as possible. One person in the photo if the order you purchased was for one person. Please do not send a photo with multiple people in it. We have a photo guide if you are curious on the best photos to use!
Can I preview prior to shipping?
Yes! We will send you a proof prior to production. Each picture is unique and once finished can't be altered. We would have to start the process all over again so we won't be able to modify it from there.
You will have 48 hours to respond to the email for the proof and we can revise anything as necessary within that window. After the 48 hours we will finalize everything and get the product made for you by choosing what we believe to be the best option!

Canvas products typically take 2-5 business days to make and are delivered within 2-7 business days once dropped off!
What kind of guarantee do you offer?
We couldn't stay in business if it wasn't for statisfied customers! That is why we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the portraits proof prior to sending to production we offer!
Lost Painting Guarantee
Things happen when it comes ot transit so don't be alarmed if it does! If it happens to get lost by the shipping company we will send you a new one no charge!
Artwork Damage
Just like the lost packages, sometimes the "handle with care"is ignored. If it arrives damaged just let us know and we will get you a new one out ASAP!I
Revisions
We allow for revisions of the proof prior to finalization. This approval process guarantees you are 100% happy with the image prior to printing. We send an email that requires 48 hours to respond to proof informaiton. If no response within that time frame it is automatically approved and production will be started. Once you select your image we will make sure to get it made immediately!
