I'm placing an order for a gift, do you include the receipt in the package?
    We only include the packing slip in the package and no invoice or receipt. All of this information will be emailed to the email on file.
      Can I include a gift note with my order?
          Yes, please write in the box at check out what you would like your gift note to say and we will be sure to include it.
            How long will my order take to process?
            • Bath Bomb Molds - Ships within 2 days
            • Cosplay - Ships within 1 week
            • Metal Signs - Ships within 3-6 days
            • Charcuterie Boards - Ships within 2 days
            • Tumblers - Ships within 2 days
            • Lights - Ships within 1 week
            • Canvas - Ships within 1 week after proof approved
              Standard shipping is used for all shipping unless the weight requires priority shipping.

              How much is shipping?
                Shipping costs vary depending on the order total. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 
                  Do you ship internationally?
                    Currently we only ship within the United States and to Canada.

                      Do you accept returns & exchanges?

                        We can do exchanges, but we do not accept returns. Exchanges only applies to non personalized goods. We do not cover shipping costs for exchanges.
